To improve the intimate knowledge of German law and its teaching model for the students in law school and to promote the cooperation between Tongji and Konstanz law school, between May 23rd and 26th in 2016, Professor Jochen Glöckner from Konstanz University gave courses about German Law of Obligation to postgraduate students from Tongji law school. During the visit, Professor Glöckner attended oral defense of double-degree students in law of the Tongji University and Konstanz University in May 24th.
During the 4 days courses, Professor Glöckner made an introduction about General Regulation as well as system of German Law of Obligation and some related typical cases. 10 students in Tongji law school were present. Under his patient and helpful guidance, the courses acquire good academic effect. All the students get a preliminary understanding of German Law of Obligation, especially of the General Regulation, what will absolutely build up a good basis for their further study of Law in Germany this year.
